I would give 10 stars if I could! Rob is amazing, we had an issue with our AC, he took the time out of his evening to come take a look. He found the issue in minutes and fixed it by adding a new part then testing the AC unit. He waited until everything was back in order before leaving.His prices are VERY reasonable and he gets the job done!I’m so happy to have found his number and now we can enjoy our summer in a nice cool home.Thanks Rob, you’re the best.Jas.

Rob Scott is a knowledgeable and dedicated professional. We required his service to complete a maintenance of both our gas fireplaces. He was prompt to respond to our request and we got an appointment within 48 hours. As a snowstorm was approaching, he graciously contacted us in advance to alert us of a potential delay in his travel. He has client service at heart. Once on site, he confirmed the service process and was available to answer any of our questions. He provided additional maintenance tips to maintain both our fireplaces in good order. I brought Rob in to repair a gas fireplace several weeks ago - turns out it had never been properly connected to the outside, so it kept guttering out on its own fumes. He fixed that, and returned to clean out our other gas fireplaces as well. I selected SHC because it's a single-person company, so it won't suffer the problem of having a mix of technicians, some good, some bad, plus a layer of management. Rob is his own boss, so you don't pay for that extra layer and all the flash of a big business website; his rates are therefore extremely reasonable, and his work is meticulous - he seems dedicated to the quality of his work, rather than the quantity - he won't do a rush job, and even though his rates are flat hourly, I still paid much less than if I'd used one of the big names.

We called to make an appointment for a service on our fireplace. Rob was able to come out to us within a half hour. He was very professional, thorough, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond what we have ever seen with any other company, Rob cleaned and explained step by step what he was doing as he went. Rob Scott performed a gas fireplace service in my home today.Rob was on time, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He quickly and easily fixed all the problems with the fireplace plus added enhancements improving it's functionality and appearance.
